Booking and Gift Voucher Expiry

(1) A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required upon booking

2) To redeem your Gift Voucher, you must book in advance; please do not arrive expecting to be able to use your Gift Voucher without making a prior booking.

(3) If you wish, you are entitled to use the purchase value of your Gift Voucher as part-payment towards a session of a higher price.

(4) Gift Vouchers are valid for use for 3 months up to the displayed expiry date. After this date, Gift Vouchers will automatically expire and cannot be re-instated under any circumstances. Fiona’s Holistic Therapies are not responsible for informing or reminding customers when a Gift Voucher is due to expire.

(5) You are able to claim a refund for your Gift Voucher but this will be subject to a £5 administration fee, which will be deducted from the refund value. All refunds will be made only to the person who purchased the Gift Voucher. Refunds will not be given for Gift Vouchers which have either been redeemed or expired.

(6) Loyalty Card is only available for full paying treatments, eg: It is not included with any special offers or deals.  

Refunds and Cancellations

(1) If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your appointment, you may contact us to make a cancellation, however, you must provide 24 hours advanced notice. Less than 24hours notice a full fee will be charged.

(2) I do take into account any personal circumstances that mean you can not attend your appointment, so please do let me know and I will make allowances where appropriate.
